... Wind Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM MST this evening...

* what... northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.

* Where... western Uinta Basin and Castle country.

* When... from 9 am this morning to 6 PM MST this evening.

* Impacts... strong cross winds are expected along north to south
routes, becoming potentially hazardous to those operating high
profile vehicles or those towing trailers. Gusty winds could
blow around unsecured objects. Wind sensitive operations will
be affected.

* Additional details... winds will pick up later this morning
with the passage of a cold front, and peak mid to late
afternoon before dissipating. Blowing snow will be possible as
well, potentially reducing visibility.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
