Impact... flooding in drainages, streams, roads, properties and
           other low-lying areas. Road closures possible in some
           areas. Landslides are possible in steep terrain.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or
occurring within the warned area.
